Patna: The relatively slow progress of the current monsoon in northwestern India seems to be proven to be a gift in disguise because of rainfall in Bihar and adjacent areas in the eastern part of the country.
While the West-West Monsun still entered Delhi, Punjab and Chandigarh, it entered Bihar through Purnia on June 12, a day before the onset day scheduled.

The IMD has also issued a yellow code warning for the goal with lightning in Bihar for Tuesday and Wednesday and increases it into an orange warning for Thursday and Friday.
Heathermen also estimates unfavorable conditions to be developed for further progress of the West-West Monsun to Rajasthan, West Up, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab remains for the next six days.
