Motihari: The mystery behind the deaths of five family members, including four children, in Sirsa Village near Motihari in the East Chamaran District between August 26 and September 3, finally resolved.
Because all victims showed similar symptoms and complaining of abdominal pain and shortness of breath, villagers have accused the expulsion of exorcism.
After watching videos and photos relating to the incident on social media, Niraj Kumar, head of the zoology department at Laxmi Narayan Dubey College, visited the village on Wednesday.
A thorough investigation of the house, which is a farmer, Rakesh Prasad, revealed that all deaths were caused by snake bites.
Professor, who has conducted research on rescue and rehabilitation of snakes, carefully inspected the bedroom where the victims used to sleep.
He found several holes and gaps on the walls that were not plastered.
He also saw a layer of general Krait skin and asked Rakesh to immediately notify the Ministry of Forestry.
“After reading about the symptoms in the newspaper and checking his own home, I realized that five people died of snakebite.
I found a layer of skin, which Kraalang has shed together as part of a process called EcDysy, in one of the rooms,” said Niraj told this reporter.
A famous surgeon, Dr.
Ashutosh Sharan, also claimed that it was a snakebite case.
According to sources, Rakesh and his remaining family members have emptied houses and take refuge in other places.
Meanwhile, the team of doctors, who have done an autopsy, are waiting for forensic reports.
