Patna: BJP Mla Vinay Bihari has been ordered for allegedly kidnapping a 25-year-old female student.
His wife Chanchala and son of Brother-in-law Rajiv Singh was also named accused of being registered at the Agamkuan Police Station on Patna on Sunday by the victim’s mother.
The complainant accused the defendant kidnapped his daughter as part of a conspiracy.
FIR (27/2022) was submitted under the 120 (b) section (criminal conspiracy) and 366 (kidnapping, kidnapping or inducing women to force him to marriage) from the IPC.
Agamkuan Sho Abhijeet Kumar said the fir it had nested against Lauria Mla, his wife and his brother-in-law.
