Bihar Boy Write Inter Exjies at Girls’ Center, Blaming BSEB

Patna: In a strange incident, a boy had to write an intermediary examination in the center of all girls, thanks to the Bihar School exam (BSEB), who allegedly changed his gender on the recognition card.
Strangely, when it showed an error, the Ministry of Education told inspection center officials to let him write his letters there themselves.
Gulshan Kumar, a student of the Ekkil Science Flow Uchhh Vidyalaya in Makhdumpur in Jehdumpad, said he felt uncomfortable being the only male test participant in the center for girls.
He told the media that girls and invigilators looked at him with confusion.
The boy, who wrote his letters in Adarsh Rajkiyakrit Madhya Vidyalaya, camel in Jehanabad district, claimed to have filled everything correctly in the form of a test.
“My name is, the name of the parent, address, and all the other information is correct in the receipt card, except sex,” Gulshan said.
He alleged that BSEB’s mistake was done because he had to suffer.
Inspector Center Narendra Kumar was also surprised to see Gulshan at the inspection center intended for girls only and told officers at the State Education Department.
“After getting permission from the department, we let students sit in the test.
During inspections, DM officials and district education were also notified of the Gulshan case,” Kumar said.
According to sources, around 1,472 female students from 10 different schools from the district have written their secondary papers at the center.
A total of 19 examination centers have been made in the district for medium and nine exam participants from them only for girls.
Jehanabad District Education Officer Roshan Ara said on Saturday that BSeb had been told about this problem and they would take the necessary steps.
He said there was no error in the BSEB part or the Ministry of Education in this matter.
Officials at the District Education Office said when filling out forms, candidates must mistakenly mark women, not men, in the gender column.
“Because of this error, the receipt card has shown a gender wrong.
However, after the examination, the candidate can make a repaired mistake by contacting BSEB officials,” they said.
Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said he was not aware of this case.
“If there are such complaints, we will see what to do.
As far as regarding errors in the acceptance card, the Board provides several opportunities to check correction,” he told Ti.
BSEB Chairman Anand Kishor does not respond to calls and text messages sent by the Reporter.
