Patna: Head of Bihar Minister Nith Kumar on Sunday announced an 11 percent increase from departure allowances for state and retirees with the effects of July 1.
Overcoming the meeting after lifting tricolor at Gandhi Maidan here on the occasion of the 75th Independence Day, Kumar made an announcement of raising DA from 17 percent to 28 percent.
“The Ministry of Finance will soon issue notices for increasing dear allowances for employees and retired state governments,” Kumar said after lifting tricolor at Gandhi Maidan here.
The minister’s chairman also said the state government incentive scheme for other backs classes (OBC) and economically reverse classes (EBC) for the Bihar Public Service Commission exam and the Union Public Service Commission will now be extended to girls from all parts of society.

Under this scheme, the government provides 50,000 Rs to a candidate who removes the initial exam BPSC and One Lakh Hospital to a candidate who passes UPSC Prelims.
Kumar claims that the country has developed in all sectors, including education, health, agriculture, tourism, industry and social justice.
Emphasizing the need for efficient and effective leadership to ensure the quality of education in the state, Kumar said annual income plates of RS 2.5 lakh for family families included in the SC, ST, OBC and EBC categories to utilize post-scholarships will be increased to rs 3 lakh.
“There will be a major teacher cadre for school.
The main teacher will now be appointed through competitive exams,” he said.
Kumar announced that three universities will be opened under the University of Agriculture Bihar.

All villages in the state will be borne by the cooperative society of milk in the next four years, and 40 percent of these committees will have women as members.

“The instructions have been given to the authorities concerned to make preparations to handle the situation.
More than 34 lakh people have been influenced by flooding in 32 districts in the state.
