Bihar CM launches a health dept scheme worth RS 1.919CR

Patna: Chairman of the Minister of Nitish Kumar on Tuesday launched 772 health department projects to RS1,919.95 Crore tone.
These projects include laying the foundation for medical colleges and hospitals in Jatui worth RS500 Crore and the inauguration of the Command and Health Department control centers.
CM announces the construction of a supplespect hospital for children in the state.
He said the state government would build a house near AIims-Patna for servants and provide land for hospital expansion.
Nitish appreciates the work done in the health sector.
He said before (before he came to power in 2005), the state had six governments and two personal medical colleges and hospitals.
Now, there are 16 governments and six personal medical colleges and hospitals.
He remembered the development in the health sector, both increased in footsteps in primary health centers, from 39 of 2005 to 10,000 per month now, or medical assistance through telemedicine and other upgrade technology.
He said the primary health center that has six beds is now being upgraded to 30 public health centers.
“Many have been done in IGIM too, who will soon have 2500 beds,” he said and also registered the names of Jai Prakash Narain Hospital in Rajbanshi Nagar, Rajendra Nagar Eye Hospital and improved Gardiner Road Hospital.
He said Bal Hriday Yojana, starting in February, has been very helpful and 264 children have been given treatment under the scheme so far.
Nitish said all arrangements have been made to overcome each Thord Covid-19 wave and Bihar are testing more samples than the national average.
Nine health workers are given a promise in symbolic form on that occasion.
Purnia District, Saharsa, Style, Patna and Siwan are given a certificate of appreciation to manage the dosage of the first covid vaccine and Saharsa, Siwan, East Champaran and West Champaran for the second dose.
Some officials and health workers, including the Director of the Secretary of Special Executives, Ayush Samiti, Arvinder Singh, and the State Health Society Executive Executive Executive Animesh Kumar Parashar, respected for their contribution in the health sector.
The Ministry of Health Additional Secretary of Pratyaya Amrit said the initial e-office (Command and Control Center) in the Ministry of Health will smooth work.
As per the press statement, this is the first of its kind in this country to help monitor all health centers, equipment availability and data maintenance.
Amrit said RS4 Lakh respectively as monetary aid paid to relatives of more than 9,000 victims of Covid-19.
He said the department was ready to face challenges.
The culprit will not be spared: CM Minister Nith Kumar said the investigation into the cataract surgery that failed in Muzaffarpur had been carried out and the perpetrators would not be spared.
He also announced ‘assistance’ for those who had lost their eyes, regardless of their free care.
“Those who lost their eyes would no longer see.
We are discussing about help for them,” Nitish said.
He asked a private hospital to ensure people’s safety.
“I tell people what the need to go to a private hospital when all arrangements have been made by the government,” he said, but also appreciated several private hospitals to “do extraordinary work”.
