PATNA: Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar will hit New Delhi on Tuesday (June 22) to some three-day visit.
His trip retains importance, because there are speculations he could meet PM Narendra Modi and BJP leader JP Nadda, to talk about his party’s entrance from the Union Cabinet and the current breakup in the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP).
While affirming that the CM’s Delhi trip, JD(U) federal spokesperson KC Tyagi told TOI the Nitish would remain at his official home , K Kamraj Lane through his stay in New Delhi.
He’d hit Delhi on Tuesday evening and remain until Thursday.
However, I’m not conscious of his comprehensive itinerary regarding whom he will fulfill with his stay in New Delhi.
Yet, yet another senior JD(U) leader and Munger MP Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh explained the CM was moving into the federal capital due to his health care checkup.
Singh also stated it had been that the CM’s”private trip” and denied press reports regarding the CM’s probably political meetings.
However, some NDA leaders stated that the Bihar CM could satisfy the PM and a few senior BJP leaders to talk about issues associated with growth of the Union Cabinet and political advancements in the LJP, particularly the possible entrance of LJP MP Pashupati Kumar Paras from the Cabinet.
Since PM Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah recently held that a succession of parleys with senior BJP and RSS leaders at New Delhi, speculations are worried about potential expansion of the Union Cabinet next couple days.
There’s a powerful buzz in Bihar’s political circles regarding the possible addition of JD(U) members at the Modi cupboard in addition to the entrance of rebel LJP MP Paras from the Union cabinet.
Sources from the JD(U) stated the party president RCP Singh along with Munger MP Lalan Singh are the party’s primary option for Union ministers, in the event the BJP offers just two cabinet berths into the celebration.
However, the JD(U) wants to send 1 member in the incredibly backward castes (EBCs), that are its own core Republicans, into the Union Cabinet.
Thus, the JD(U) needs at least three berths from the Modi cupboard during the coming growth.
“When three births have been made accessible on the JD(U), titles of senior leaders such as Rajya Sabha member Ram Nath Thakur (who’s son of former CM Karpoori Thakur) and also Jehanabad MP Chandeshwar Prasad could be contemplated,” a senior JD(U) leader said, including the JD(U) will combine the Modi cupboard only as it will get a”commendable representation” JD(U) federal president RCP Singh on Monday said,”CM Nitish Kumar can have a last decision on the titles to be contained from the Union Cabinet.”
