Patna: Head of Bihar Minister Nith Kumar announced a large number of RS 4 Lakh each to the next relative of all those killed in a boiler explosion at the Mie Factory in Muzaffarpur Regency in Bela.
At least seven people were killed and seven others were injured after the boiler exploded at the noodle factory on Sunday morning, a senior police officer said.
CM also ordered an investigation into the incident to improve negligence responsibilities.
“A team of officers was sent from Patna to Muzaffarpur to investigate the incident.
The visitors will improve the responsibility for the incident.
Strict actions will be taken towards those responsible for the incident,” CM said in a statement issued by his office .
CM also asks officials to make proper care arrangements from injured people.
Ending the incident as “very sad”, Nitish further expressed sympathy for family members who died.
He also hopes for early recovery from all those who die.
Chaku Governor Chauhan also expressed his sadness for the death of workers in the Blast Boiler incident.
However, Blast boilers are not such cases in Bihar in the last year.
At least three people were killed and five others were injured when a boiler set-up in the kitchen during the day in the East Champaran district exploded in November 2019.
Previously in December 2017, at least five people were killed and many others were injured after the boiler.
