Patna: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Monday said some people involved in illegal trade in fake liquor were not only arrested and sent to prison, but also lost their government work and received a punishment from a different court.
Responding to media requests after the program ‘Janta to Darbar Mein Mukhyamantri’ in Patna, he also said the majority of people in civil administration and police performed well and arrested them found involved in trading false liquor.
“But, it’s hard to claim that everything will be fine.
I always say that a number of people, both in the government or private sector, remain involved in mistakes.
Certain people always have a tendency to do something wrong,” CM said.
It was Nitish who imposed a total ban on sales and alcohol consumption in all states on April 5, 2016.
Because it was asked that around 70 people died of consuming liquor in Bihar from January to October this year despite the total experimental period enforcement, Nitish said, “incident like that (Hooch’s death) is happening because people pamper themselves in taking wrong things even though the warning is severe and repeated government that liquor is very bad.
Nitish further said the total ban in the state was enforced from 2016 upon Women’s request.
Both the legislative houses of the state with a round voice passes through the laws related to total prohibitions.
All members of the Council and the Council of the State Legislature take an appointment for the ban on liquor.
All government officials and employees take the prohibition of the same supported liquor.
But regardless of the warning repeatedly Admini Strate on fake liquor, some people involved in taking wrong things, he said.
“If you drink wrong, such an incident (Hooch Death) will happen,” Nitish added that the administration would definitely take action against the people involved in the trade of liquor involved.
“I will once again call people that liquor is a dirty thing, don’t consume it,” CM said.
However, Nitish avoids giving direct replies to questions about inflation because often increases in oil products such as diesel, gasoline and LPG.
“The problem is not only related to Bihar, but this is a state phenomenon.
Diesel prices and gasoline increases or decreases throughout the country.
This is not a specific problem of Bihar,” Nitish said.
Previously, CM heard complaints at all 187 people who had arrived at the ‘Janta Darbar’ program from various districts.
After hearing complaints, Nitish asked for a confirmation official to see the problem and take the right steps to solve it.
