Bihar Cops Nab 3, Restore Rs 44 Lakh within 12 hours loot

Patna: Police arrested three people within 12 hours and recovered Rs 44.13 lakh from RS49 Lakh looted from a staff of a trader, Gopal Sah (48), in Shadipur under the Kotwali police station on Monday night.
Those who were arrested were Julie Devi (35), her husband Anil Yadav (40) and Bibi Julie, Gunjan Devi (45) from Mamay Village in the Asargin police station area in the Munger district.
Police dirt Kotwali Sho Niraj Kumar said RS25 Lakh was hidden underground at Julie and RS19.13 Lakh’s residence recovered from Gunjan’s house.
Sho said Saurav Kumar (35) and Dharmendra Kumar (30), an employee of a law merchant, was riding a bicycle with cash to deposit at the SBI Bazaar branch when the Dashrath bicycle borne and Kumar intercepted them and grabbed the bag containing cash.
Legitimate running wholesale shop godown cum cooking oil and other items in Maksadpur under the Bazaar Kasim Police Station area in Munger.
He said legitably was one of the biggest oil traders in Munger.
“Legitimate, along with his daughter, was on a separate bike behind them.
Saha alleged that the criminals opened one round of fire in the air to terrorize them,” he said.
Sho said Dashrath and Sunny came from Shadipur and were accused of several cases of criminal looting, grabbing and murder.
Munger SP J Jalaraddi told TOI by telephone that was accused of being a major, Dashrath and Sunny, was avoiding the arrest.
He said Julie was a dashrath sister.
“Duo involvement in booty is confirmed by the help of CCTV camera recording in addition to technical and human inquiry,” he said.
Jalaraddi said RS4.87 lakh of the amount looted could not be restored as well as dashrath and bright.
