Patna: The Ministry of Health on Tuesday canceled leave from all government doctors and health workers until February 28, considering exponential increases in Covid cases.
It also asked those who had stopped to immediately return to their assignments.
Leave a doctor and health workers posted on medical college and hospitals have also been canceled.
The letter issued by the State Health Department OSD Renu Kumari said that after the unexpected increase in Covid infection, all the leaves, except studies and pregnant, medical officers, including those based on contracts, supervisors and principals, medical college junior, GNM, ANMM, Aistsant OT, Lab Technician and Class IV employees are canceled.
The copy of the letter was forwarded to the Division Commissioner, DMS, Civil Surgeon and other officials.
When orders enter direct effects, Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) and Nalanda Medical College and Hospital (NMCH) Administration issues a notification in this matter.
When the Covid virus has infected at least 168 health workers, including 50 doctors, in NMCH, supervisor Dr.

He said only 44 was received at the hospital for treatment at the Pandemi Mantra at this time.
“Medical equipment, medicines, oxygen beds and cylinders are in ready-made conditions in all hospitals.
The Ministry of Health regularly monitors the speed of the spread of the virus,” he added.
