Patna: ADG CID (Weak part) Anil Kishore Yadav has asked SSP Patna and style to form a dedicated team to capture rape accusing the DSP Kamlakant Prasad whose anticipatory guarantee petition is rejected by the Special Court (ACT) in style.
Prasad was charged with raping a little girl in his official quarter in style during Dussehra in 2017.
Prasad was posted as officers about the special task with the police major electoral council in Patna on June 15 this year.
The State Police Headquarters has recommended the suspension of Prasad on June 4 after pine registered against him with a female police station in style on May 27 based on complaints submitted by sisters.
Cid ADG (weaker part) Anil Kishore Yadav on Tuesday said DSP avoided arrest and patna and police style was looking for it.
“We will soon move to court who is looking for an arrest warrant against Prasad.
The legal procedure for the attachment of the property will begin after nodding the court,” he added.
A senior police officer who benefited the investigation said, “The Prasad’s location is currently unknown.
The police tried to know the presence of Prasad and arrested him,” he added, adding two police teams to form in Patna and the style to capture Prasad.
“The Patna Police Team consists of three inspectors, including one of the technical cells.
The Style Police Team, on the other hand, has inspectors, two sub-inspectors and officers from technical cells for supervision,” the officer said, adding CID inspectors coordinated with both teams ,
