PATNA: Former DSP (headquarters) at Gaya Kamlakant Prasad, who’s currently published as officer on special duty (OSD) in Central Selection Board of Constable at Patna, is in issue since a FIR has been lodged against him on May 27 for allegedly raping a little girl at his official residence at Gaya approximately four decades back.
