Bihar: Edu Dept. released funds to the University

Patna: The State Department of Education released funds to the university to pay teachers and staff who did not teach, retirement and other arrears, but only after posts by famous People’s singer and Padma Bhushan Awardee, about the death of retired Lalit Teacher University of Narayan Mithila (LNMU) Become a viral on social media.

The Ministry of Education announced on Friday night that he had released Rs 401 Crore to the University for payment of salaries and pensions to other teachers and employees.
Allocation of funds to universities is as follows: Rs 15.64 Crore to Patna University, RS 36.98 Crore to Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, RS 17.64 Crore to Veer Kunwar Singh University, RS 45.06 Crore to Jai Prakash University, Rs 8.21 Crore to Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, RS 20.29 Crore to Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, RS 157.35 Crore to Lnmu, Rs 24.28 Crore to Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, RS 33.64 Crore to Patliputra University, Rs 4.29 Crore to Munger University, RS 5.36 32.43 Crore to Magadh University, and Rs 18.30 lakh to Maulana Mazharul Haque Arab and Persian University.
Kanhaiya Bahadur Sinha, President of the State Work from the Federation of Bihar University Association, expressed a large concern for payment of salaries and pensions reported to the teacher.
He said, “The Ministry of Education has history of making irregular salaries and retirement payments to teachers and other staff in universities and universities.
This has released a grant to the University only twice this fiscal year, causing significant difficulties for everyone.” Sinha Adding that the hosacy of ad previously at the University only adds to the sadness of the teacher.
He continued, “Even when the University receives government funds, salaries are not paid without registrants, financial officers, or financial advisors.
The situation cannot improve until the Chancellor and the State Government takes the steps needed to ensure the University’s smooth operation.”
