Patna: State BJP President Dr.
Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal nested in the Kotwali police station at Patna Bihar on Thursday against the author and Sahita Academy Award Winner Prakash Sinha because of making a controversial statement against the Ashoka Emperor to “spread hatred in the community”.
In a petition submitted to the Kotwali police station, Jaiswal also separated the BJP from Sinha, which, in an interview given to the news portal, has described itself as a national organizer of BJP cultural cells.
State BJP Headquarter is responsible for Suresh Rungta, along with two lawyers submitting a petition on behalf of Jaiswal.
Allegedly that Sinha has spread “wrong information” to cause hostility and hatred in the community.
