High Commissioner Sri Lanka, Millind Morguda, said MLF was like a bridge connecting India, Sri Lanka and Nepal with the relevance of Sita in three countries.
The Mahant (Seer) of Nepal-based Jankal Temple, Roshan Das, said the character and virtue of Sita were worshiped in Nepal.
“Because of Sita, the relationship between India and Nepal continues to be very strong,” he said.
