Bihar: Hubby was killed for protesting wife’s sexual abuse

Patna: In a surprising incident, a man was shot dead for allegedly protesting sexual harassment over his wife by his cousin in the Nalanda District on Tuesday night.
The deceased, was identified as Kailash Yadav aka Kailu Yadav (40) Village Gordhawa under the area of ​​the Deepnagar police station, was a farmer by the profession.
Sho Mohammad Mushtaque said Pramod Yadav, 40, reached his cousin’s residence in the village in the afternoon.
“Kailash was not at home.
His wife Babita Devi accused the pramod inappropriately touching her back while breaking the jokes she protested,” he said.
When Kailash returned home at night, Babita told the incident.
“Kailash was angry, along with about half a dozen relatives, reached at Pramod’s house in the neighborhood and asked him why he touched Babita inappropriately,” Sho said.
The heated argument was attended by a stone riant lasting from both parties.
“Pramod issued a Communmade gun and shot Kailash on his chest, resulting in his death,” he said.
Nalanda realized Sdpo Shibli Nomani said two empty cartridges and bicycles recovered from the place.
“Babita has submitted a quarter against six people, including Pramod.

Nomani said it was unclear whether they had a dispute.

He said not Pramod or Kailu did not have a criminal anteceden.
