Letter: Bird Bird from Bihar, who currently works in Vapi, was arrested from its place in the Buxar district on Wednesday for allegedly kidnapping a married woman and her daughter allegedly by luring her with the promise of marriage and forcibly changed her religion.
Javed Ali’s allegations were ordered at the VAPI City Police Station for Kidnapping and under the Gujarat religious freedom law that was recently changed based on the complaint submitted by the woman’s husband.
The woman’s husband had filed a complaint of someone missing on July 2 as his wife and three-year-old daughter lost from their home.
A few days later, the man knew that nature was also gone and then his wife called him to tell him that the nature had taken him and their daughter to his village in Bihar.
On July 12, men submitted complaints and registered violations.
Police said their team was sent to the village of nature and the woman and her daughter was brought back and nature was arrested.
According to the police, they reached for the woman before nature can forcefully change their religion.
The woman told the police that nature told him that he would marry him only after he would enter his religion.
“The woman was lured when she was allegedly beaten and harassed by her husband.
The defendant and the woman worked in the same company so she used to share with her about harassment and during the period she developed her confidence,” said a police officer.
