PATNA: A guy in Muzaffarpur landed behind bars for allegedly murdering a 10-year-old boy since he’d seen his mother with all the accused at objectionable position.
The accused was identified as Sanjay Pandit, dated around 30 decades.
He’s a native of Shivahi Patti at Muzaffarpur.
The slain kid is Neeraj Kumar, who had been also a native of village Laxminia beneath Baruraj police station place in Muzaffarpur.
His body had been recovered by a canal on the outskirts of Laxminia on Saturday morning.

SHO Kumar stated that Neeraj’s 45-year-old mother lodged a complaint from Pandit alleging he had kidnapped and then murdered him later sodomizing.
“According to this FIR, Pandit was arrested for interrogation after he confessed of shooting the kid against the banks of this canal along with strangulating him to departure Friday night,” he explained.
SHO said authorities came to learn more about the true reason of this murder when Pandit was left handed to its motive for killing.
“Pandit told authorities that Neeraj needed his mom with him at a objectionable position a couple of days ago,” Kumar explained.
“It was due to the reason that Pandit murdered him to ensure his illegal connection with the kid’s mother who’s 15 years old to him isn’t leaked to anybody else,” he explained.
He explained that additional analysis is about to determine whether the lady can also be involved with the killing or when she understood Pandit was planning to kill her son.
“She hadn’t been yet as a result of situation arising from her child’s murder.
