Bihar Man refused to return money merely sent by the bank

Patna: A man was arrested and sent to prison on Tuesday for refusing to return RS5.5 Lakh mistakenly credited by Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank to his account at the same bank in Khagaria District in March last year.
Ranjeet Das 30-year-old Bakhtyar Village under the Mansi Police Station in Khagaria District refused to return the amount as far as some notifications issued by the Mansi Bank branch because he said the money was sent by PM Narendra Modi.
A bank officer, with anonymous terms, said the watershed had returned a portion of the amount under the pressure of a senior bank official, but then refused to return the rest RS1,60,970.

Sho said bank officials tried to persuade the watershed to return the mistakenly credited money to his account, but he refused and said the money had been spent.
The bank has sent half a dozen notification to the DAS in the past year.
Sho, however, said damn on the bank section will also be checked.
The initial investigation revealed that the watersheds withdraw money from their accounts in different installments in three months.
If he survives guilty by the court, the defendant can be imprisoned for a time for up to three years or fine or both, a lawyer for Patna High Court practices, said Rajiv Ranjan Pandey.
