Patna: CM Nitish Kumar on Wednesday held a meeting to review plants due to heavy rainfall in the state.
Senior officials from disaster management, water resources and the Ministry of Agriculture attended the meeting.
CM instructs officials to carry out new reviews about plant losses for heavy rainfall for the last 2-3 days.
Nitish said flooding occurred in various fields of state in four phases due to continuous rainfall for the past 4-5 months.
He said compensation was given to farmers for plant losses until October 15.
He also instructed them to complete the construction of the embankment.
