Patna: In a surprising incident, two ranks of ranking police officers Gopal Krishna and Abhimanyu Sharma allegedly addressed additional district judges Avinash Kumar in his room in the Jhanjharpur sub-division field in Madhubani Regency at 2pm.
Lawyers and justice staff saved Adj who was injured and brought the hostage officer immediately after struggling them.
Krishna is the Station House Officer from the Ghoghardiha police station in Madhubani while Sharma is his subordinate.
Incidentally, ADJ who was beaten by black and blue, was the same judicial officer who had ordered special training for Madhubani SP and SDO earlier this year for poor legal knowledge for small girls while denying the guarantee he received as a rape case.
But the police have not submitted a Chargesheet to request Pocso Law.
The lawyer reportedly accused that the two sis had abused ADJ on the order of training during the incident.
Patna High Court has seized the trial force on September 24 after its unusual condition to provide guarantees.
Even at 10pm, the two SIS attackers were still locked up in a room in a court where the lawyers and senior authorities including Darbhanga Range Ig Ajitabh Kumar were in place to spread very tense situations and save the duo.
Within hours after the incident, Chairman of the High Court Sanjay Karol took Suo-Motu’s awareness of the incident and formed a special division bench to hear this problem.
Late at night, the ADG state police (head office) JS Gangwar must physically appear before the judiciary of Rajan Gupta and Justice Mohit Kumar Shah who heard the problem and called the judicial independence incident.
“Given the magnitude and powerful problem involved, Director General of Police, Bihar is directed to remain on the next hearing date.
Given the sensitivity of the problem, he will look into this problem and submit a status report in a closed cover,” The bench observed in the hearing dissolves Special night.

Meanwhile, Darbhanga Range IG told TII by telephone that ADJ had submitted brilliantly against the two sis for attacking him physically and with their weapons.
“The active process to register.
Further actions will be taken accordingly,” he said.
IG does not explain whether the two sis will be captured or not.
IG said that he had learned that ADJ currently leads the sub-district legal authority sub-division unit.
“There was a complaint against Sho after Adj’s Steno called him asking to come to the judge’s office.
The heated argument occurred between the two parties after the physical attack occurred,” he added.
