PATNA: The authorities would start the practice of consultation of over 1 lakh teachers in secondary and primary schools following a nod in the Patna high court (HC), stated education minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary on Tuesday. Speaking to the reporter, the ministry asserted that the practice of recruiting of teachers were withheld following the intervention of their HC. “All attempts are, but being designed to solve the emergency and begin the appointment procedure,” he added. Vacancies were promoted and programs received from the qualified candidates this past year. But through the hearing of a situation linked to reservation for handicapped individuals, the appointments had been remained with the HC. “The government has chosen to comply with the booking principles rigorously in the aftermath of the court’s intervention. In addition, it has made a particular mention of this situation in order to reevaluate its hearing at the larger interest of instruction. When the situation has been heard and an order passed by the court, then the authorities will start the appointment procedure,” the ministry said.
