Patna: The problem for rape accuses the senior DSP Kamlakanant Prasad is expected to rise as CID, while investigating the case against him for allegedly raping a little girl, has found more “mistakes” when he posted in the Gopalganj district as SDO seven years ago.
The state government has suspended Prasad on June 15 after he was ordered in FIR registered at the Women’s Police Station in Style on May 27th for allegedly raping a little girl in his official quarter during Dussehra in 2017.

Gopalganj on Tuesday in the direction of ADG Anil Kishore Yadav to investigate the accusation of Prasad that he had falsified two young men – Ashutosh Dwivi and Naem Akhtar – in the case of a criminal immediately.
Both reportedly submitted a voice against DSP.
The Cid source has also traced one Surendra Gaur, who alleged that he had filed firmly against Dwivedi and Naem Akhtar with the Katiya police station in 2015 only after being forced and threatened by DSP.
“A woman, whose child was kidnapped, had alleged that DSP continued her after calling her in her official quarter in the name of investigating the kidnapping case.
He was in Gopalganj as SDO,” said a senior cid officer who chose anonymity.
He said in style too, Prasad was charged with raping a little girl in his official quarter and a FIR registered on it after a thorough internal investigation on the basis of his wife’s complaint Anant Tanuja.
Other senior cid officers said in Gopalganj, Prasad had oversee cases against the duo and issued orders to arrest them.
“However, Prasad was transferred and another DSP found allegations wrong,” he said.
The source said if CID found strong evidence in the gopalganj incident, it might take the necessary actions and get fresh FIR registered against Prasad.
Meanwhile, survivor rape style has submitted a petition before the Special Pocso Court, accused him of being forced by DSP’s wife to accuse him of 2017.
Special Style of the Public Prosecutor (Act Pocso) Sayed Qaiser Sharfuddin said it was because of this petition that the court ordered action Not forcing the Prasad in this case after he filed an anticipatory assurance petition.
“The girl has filed a petition a few more days only after her statement before Judge Judicial where she supports all the accusations leveled in FIR,” he said.
Sharfuddin said the court would hear the DSP guarantee request in 5.
