Patna: The country recorded 87 fresh covid cases on Saturday against 1.31,084 tested samples.
On the other hand, 236 people recovered from viruses throughout the state in the past 24 hours.
With this, the number of active Covid cases in the state has dropped to 865.
Officially, four deaths were reported across the country on Saturday.
Two fresh deaths were recorded in Patna and each in Darbhanga District and suggestions.
Of the 87 new cases, Patna and Purnia contributed 13 each.
While 13 districts did not register new Covid-19 cases, others recorded less than 10 cases.
At Aiims-Patna, 2,217 samples were tested and nothing was found positive.

Sanjeev Kumar said this for the first time since the outbreak of the second wave of pandemic that there were no positive tested samples at AIIMS-P Lab.
Meanwhile, 1,30,249 doses of Covid-19 vaccine managed throughout the state on Saturday.
Meanwhile, all vaccination centers in Patna, except those with 24×7 function, will still be closed on Sundays.
The previous state government has made a decision to switch one day to health workers involved in people’s inoculation.
