Bihar relaxes the strict provisions of the prohibition law

Patna: The state government has eliminated very strict rules and cannot be managed where all places used to seal with the Law of Prohibition (2016) in cases of liquor recovery in the premise section concerned.
The State Cabinet on Wednesday gave a nodding in a set of new rules called Bihar’s prohibitions and excise rules, 2021, which have been sent for Gazette notifications.
Secretary Cabinet Secretary of Secretary Sanjay Kumar said on Wednesday under a new government, only part of the place to be sealed where bottle of liquor was found.
However, if there is a house or place used for manufacturing, bottling, storage, sales, export and importing liquor, the whole place will be sealed.
Also, storage, sales and liquor consumption have been permitted within the limits of mounting areas of the commement and military in the state.
However, no defense, including those who have retired, will be allowed to consume liquor outside the canonment or military installation area in the state.
In addition, trucks loaded with legal delivery of liquor will be allowed to enter the country only by designated checkpoints, and then they have to pass the situation by designated checkpoints in 24 hours.
The cabinet also cleanses the rules that regulate extra neutral alcohol production (ENA) and food-based ethanol in distilleries according to the production of two specific items must be carried out under 24-hour CCTV supervision.
Furthermore, CCTV recordings must be preserved for one month.
Separately, the Cabinet, gave permission to the proposal transferred by the Ministry of Education, paved the way for the creation of 8,386 Post physical teachers in the mani instructor in the number of the same government elementary school.
Each of them will receive Honorarium worth 8,000 per month and will increase by Rs 200 per year.
Furthermore, for the smooth running of the State High Education Board of Bihar, the Cabinet cleared the creation of 20 posts, including seven which will be filled by regular appointment or deputation and 13 in the contractual requirements.
The cabinet gave sanctions on the elimination of a mandatory attendance of 75% in various government schools for the fiscal year 2021-22, when students were asked not to go to school for Covid-19 pandemic.
This will benefit 2.10 lakh students.
Because 75% mandatory presence has been removed, money because students against scholarships and various schemes, including associated with rebellion and school cycles and incentives for female students, will be credited to their bank accounts through direct benefits (DBT method).
The pension scheme of the government’s contribution intended for its appointed employees after September 11, 2005 will now be expanded to all other employees, in accordance with the government’s resolution on August 31, 2005.
The Cabinet also sanctioned DA payments for employees, retired and family retirement holders covered by the Pay Commission The sixth central from 164% to 189%, took effect from July 1, 2021.
Likewise, DA for employees, retirement holders and family pensions under the fifth center payment commission have increased.
From 312% to 389%, effectively starting July 1, 2021.
