Fourteen people also recovered from viral infections, reducing active cases in the 56th state.
Officially, there was no death because Covid-19 was reported.
Of the three new cases, each reported from Begusarai, Bhojpur and Darbhanga.
Tally Covid reached 72.59.47, but 71,62.30 of them had recovered and 9,660 patients died.
