Patna: The country witnessed a slight increase in the number of Daily Covid cases on Tuesday when 273 people were tested positive for viruses.
On Monday, the state has recorded 235 cases.
The increase in the number of new cases can be associated with an increase in the tested sample.
Officially, five deaths were reported by the Ministry of Health on Tuesday.
With this, Covid countries have increased to 12,243.
In accordance with the Ministry of Health, from 1,38,483 samples tested in the last 24 hours, the results of 273 became positive.
Overall 660 people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.
As a result, the number of active cases in the country has reached 2,023.
Of the 273 new cases, Patna contributed 54, followed by Purnia (23), Style (20), Gopalganj (20), Madhepura (18), West Champaran (17), Vaishali (12) and Muzaffarpur (12) and Muzaffarpur (10 ).
Other districts recorded the case in one digit, while Jehanabad and Sheohar did not register any new cases.
One more death was reported at AIims-Patna and the victim was a 58-year-old man from Patna who was hospitalized on February 4 and died on Monday.
Seven patients were hospitalized and four were discarded on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, more than 11.48 Covid-19 crore vaccine doses have been given in the state until Tuesday, including more than 6.51 first crore, 4.90 seconds and 6.02 lakh doses of prevention.
A wise break-up has shown a maximum of seven crore people in the age group of 18 to 44 years getting their jab in the state.
