PATNA: State secretary of JD(U)’s tiniest mobile, Mohammad Arshad Hussain (56), has been shot by unidentified offenders on Mainpura Road beneath the Danapur police station region in western Patna about 11am on Sunday.
Authorities said Hussain was about his dwelling in Saguna Haveli as soon as the episode happened.
Hussain, who received bullet injuries from one of the torso, arms and stomach, is undergoing treatment in a private hospital in serious illness.
SHO of Danapur authorities channel Ajeet Kumar Saha stated Hussain can be a lawyer.
“It’s still not clear just how many offenders were included in the episode.
Authorities will report Hussain’s announcement after his illness improves,” that the SHO added.
The SHO said Hussain and his son Saddam were appointed in a scuffle case filed against them in February this year.
“Hussain had lodged an FIR against four youths of the area in exactly the identical situation and accused them of thrashing him along with his son.
Among those accused in the FIR lodged by Hussain was detained and sentenced into judicial custody,” that the SHO stated.
He included Sunday’s episode was likely the fallout of this scuffle involving Hussain’s local and son.
“One Vicky Kumar is the prime suspect in the situation pertaining to assault on Hussain,” that the SHO stated.
