Patna: At least six family members were shot dead by their close relatives in a group match against a land dispute in Nalanda Village on Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Jaddu Yadav (60), his two sons Madhesh Yadav (35) and the door of Yadav (30), Dhirendra Yadav (55) and his son Shivendra Yadav aka Shibal Gope (30) and Brother Dhirendra Brinda Yadav from Lodipur under the Area of Police Station Chhabilapur in the Rajgir Subdivision of the Nalanda District.
Chhabilapur Sho Vinod Kumar said Brinda gave up on a bullet injury during other five temporary treatments died in place.
He said Brinda’s son, Jantu Yadav was also injured critically.
He said one Indu Yadav from the rival group struggled mercilessly after murder.
He also underwent treatment.
Nalanda SP Day Press said the murder was a fall from a dispute of more than 25 BGHas (6,82,500 square feet) of agricultural land between the two families.
“One group led by Nitish Yadav went to the field to bring him on Wednesday afternoon.
The other side led by Stoonle Jaddu Nitish reached there and objected to it.

SP said two people were critically injured and underwent treatment at the Rajgir Sub-Division Hospital.
“This dispute over two decades, Juit Jas is waiting in court,” SP said from the place by telephone.
The application of heavy police forces has been made in and around the village, said Rajgir Sdpo Shobnath Prasad.
The police cannot take a body for postmortem until 8pm.
The villagers, prefer anonymity, said Jaddu Jittu’s grandfather married twice and the land disputed.
“Jittu has Ramswaroop Gope from his first wife.
Ramswaroop has three sons – Mahendra, Rajeshwar and Surendra Yadav,” he said.
Lallu Yadav, Choti Yadav and minors are Mahendra’s sons while Nitish is the son of Rajeshwar.
