Bihar: The Bar Council urges CM, CJ to improve court security

Patna: Bihar State Bar Board on Sunday urged CM Kumar and Chair of the Head of Sanjay Karol from the Patna High Court to take the steps needed to improve security in court and obtain infrastructure developed by lawyers and officers throughout the country.
“Only trained police personnel with the necessary equipment that must be deployed in the security of the court.
At present, anyone has free access to the courtroom,” said Chairman of the Ramakant Sharma Board at a press conference in the background of a shootout in Delhi.
Sharma, accompanied by the Deputy Bar Dharmnath Prasad Yadav, Yogesh member Chandra Verma, Prem Jha, Rajeev Kumar Dwivedi and Arun Kumar Pandey, “We celebrate 75 years of independence, but unfortunately the brotherhood and legal court are the most unresting.
There is a total security hose in the state court.
Like many other countries, laws must be framed to protect advocates at Bihar.
“The Chairperson also remembers bomb attacks and suicide in Ara Civil Court with two occasions and other bombings in the Chhapra Court, killing a gangster inside Sitaminhi Civil Court, opened fire on the premise of Patna’s civil court to improve security issues.
He said there were almost no infrastructure developed for lawyers and justice officers in most subordinates in the district in the past few decades.
He said even though the patna civil court building was old, the lawyer did not have the right seat.
Sharma shows that the number of women’s advocates has increased over the years, but some trials in the country do not have a separate small space for them.
