Madhepura: The local court has ordered Madhepura police to carry out the right investigation in any case before looking for a return on Judicial from anyone.
This case is related to one Karan Singh (75) from New Delhi.
Madhepura Police confiscated a loaded truck with Indian Foreign Liquor (IMFL) on 5.
The truck has a registration number plate NL 02 N 9917.
Liquor is prohibited from Bihar.
A FIR is submitted based on the truck registration number.
The police traced Karan in Rohas Nagar, Dabri (Dwarika) in New Delhi as a vehicle owner, without matching the chassis and vehicle machine numbers confiscated and owned by the Delhi population.
Karan is presented a notification to record his statement before the case investigative officer in Madhepura.
When he appeared, the police arrested him and produced in the additional session court that was responsible for assessing Nishikant Thakur on Monday, which refused their request to release it in his rights due to lack of evidence against him.
Karan shows the truck from the same registration number has been parked at Delhi’s residence and his letters to the police, but in vain.
Interestingly, the police held a press meeting on August 12 and claimed to have caught a large cappose of smuggling liquor.
The police allegedly prepared a statement of Karan’s confession and continued to court to the detention in the case.
Karan tells everything to court and shows his vehicle paper and chassis and engine number.
“The police did not mention the chassis and machine number from the truck confiscated in the memo of their forwarding submitted to the court,” said Pankaj Kumar, Karan advisers.
He said the fake number plate was often used in vehicles for illegal purposes.
“The police failed to respond to court requests about the chassis and machine number from the vehicle confiscated,” he added.
