When his proposition was rejected, he escaped from his in-laws’ house and reached Patna.
Meanwhile, his father Gurudev Pandit, a resident of Jehangira Village, filed a complaint with the Sultanganj police station, capturing Neha’s kidnapping.
Neha, an intermediary passout, somehow knows about police complaints and looks for Sarpanch Damodar Choudhary’s intervention.
On July 28, the two families were called to the meeting held in Fatehpur Village.
Neha and her husband also appeared at a meeting organized by the Village Court.
Neha told members of the Gram Kutchery that he wanted to finish training it first to get a job and then pursue a higher study.
“I got married under pressure.
Now I want to get rid of it for my career,” he told the Village Court.
Sarpanch Choudhary said, “At first we tried to convince the two families, but in vain.
Finally, we decided to go for the separation between Neha and her husband.
However, the woman is an adult and free to choose the way of life.” A signed agreement and both families Agree not to pressure Neha in the future or blame it for separation.
Previously, the woman’s father told the village court that the marriage was declared in accordance with Hindu rituals.
Neha married Sunil, a resident of Ghorghat Village under Gangsania Pancayat, in June this year.
Neha, on his side, thanked Member Gram Kutchery to “save his life”.
