Sarasaram: Three Separate APIs have been put forward against MS Aditya Multicom Private Ltd.
License License Holders on Tuesday in connection with illegally alleged sand theft worth 200 Crore on written complaints from the Mining Inspector in Rohas.
Shos Daliamanagar, Tilautthu and Indarpuri confirmed the cases, by saying the firs submitted under Section 379, 411, 420 of IPC and Bihar mining mineral concessions, illegal mining, transportation and lack of regulation of 2019.
The mining of Inspector Anjay Kumar has accused the FIR In the direction of district mine officers, the physical verification of sand shares seized by teams from the state mine and the geological department during June 15 and the main part of the seized sand was found missing.
The seized sand was handed over to the sand mining license holder for safe prisoners.
In FIR, the mine inspector also accused that the sand was sold by licensees in the open market and the company also did not use ‘Chalan’ pre-paid to sell the sand confiscated.
In his code with the Dalmianagar police station, Inspector Mines had mentioned that 71 lakh cft (cubic feet) was confiscated by Sand worth Rs 25 Crore found missing from stock.
Similarly, only 16 Lakh CFT from a total of 1,23 CFT crore confiscated was found in place during physical verification in two places below the Indarpuri police station area.
The lost cost of sand is around RS 36 Crore, Claim FIR.
In a complaint that lodged at the Tilautthu police station, the inspector accused that the stock of 6 Lakh CFT, only 1.73,000 CFT found in stock.
The lost sand costs are around 1.5 crore.
In his code, the complainant also accused that the recipient of the license failed to provide a satisfying reply about the lack of sand.
The source in the Mining Department claims that three more fire will be submitted in the next few days.
