Patna: In the midst of a situation where people are dying poisoning hooch in dry bihar and the government faces a reaction to the prohibition policy, three people including the two employees of the State Revenue Department reached the Circle Circle Pankaj Kumar Kumar Singh in the Madhubani district and allegedly calming him for gifts.
The IMFL bottle is smuggled to please it and resolve disputes.
This is one of the types of incidents until now in dry Bihar, takes place somewhere between 8:30 a.m.
until 9:00 p.m.
on Saturday.
The trio is forwarded to judicial rights on Sunday night after production in front of the court in Jhanjharpur’s subdivision.
The circle officer, immediately after seeing a bottle of liquor was placed before him by the subordinate of his own department, jumping into the action and called for the Madhepur Police Station Sho Ashok Kumar.
A police team patrolled rushed to the official residence of Co.
located inside the Madhepur Blok Office which captured the trio immediately from the place.
When asked, Sho on Sunday said that the trio captured was Saket Kumar Singh (26) lower division officers and one Chandrashekhar Yadav (52), employee income, both staff of the State Revenue Department and worked under the Madhepur circle.
Kumar said that the third arrested was Lallan Mishra aka Sudarshan Mishra (50), an individual.
He said Saket was a native population of the Lakhnaur police station in Madhubani District, Yadav and Mishra lived in Madhepur.
Sho said Mishra was a native of Baheri, Darbhanga.
“The three were taken to the police station and after it was taken to the hospital for a health check.
Trio was found in a drunken condition after they were asked to take a breathalyser test,” he said.
Sho Kumar said that CO had filed a pine against the trio who accused the Saket who issued an IMLF bottle smuggled from the bag and agreed to him after reaching his official residence with the other two.
“The police have known several sources that there are several brewing disputes between Co and two subordinates captured since a time.
The probability is that they might try to please him with liquor after being drunk,” he said.
Kumar said that after the trio was arrested, the police conducted a raid on their respective residence.
“It leads to the recovery of the half-full IMFL bottle from the kitchen where you live,” he added to further investigation into connections with this case.
