Biharsharif: Former Giriak Block Pramukh Ram Sharan Yadav aka Ram Sharan Gope and his brother Indra Deo Gope was given a life sentence on Monday to kill the Transporter, Mishri Gope, near his home in Giriak in Nalanda District on October 1, 2019.

Ramesh Chandra Dwivedi also slapped the fine of RS2.50,000 in each inmate.
Five other people were released in cases due to lack of evidence.
The Public Prosecutor (PP) Qaisar Imam said Ajay Yadav from Giriak had filed FIR with the Giriak police station that Ram Sharan, who then left the Pramukh Block, and his brother Indra Deo Yadav, Umesh Yadav, Sujit Kumar, Prasadi Prasad, Deepak Kumar and Kunal Kumar Continue to beat his father Mishri with Lathi until he died.
Imam said ACJM Nalanda took everyone to find out the case below Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 506 of the IPC on November 11, 2019 and it was called to the court session on December 4, 2019.
He said the court also ordered RS4 Lakh Of the total Rs 5 Lakh to be realized as a fine that must be paid to the heir from the deceased.
The court also ordered six months strict in prison in case they failed to deposit the amount.
