PATNA: Sheohar DM Sajjan R, a 2015-batch IAS officer, also was accused of domestic violence, cruelty, demanding dowry and separating his own 2-year-old daughter away from her mom.
Sajjan’s spouse GSS Sitara has lodged an FIR against him Town police station in Muzaffarpur under sections 498A, 279, 337 and 338 of all IPC on Friday.
Sitara is currently residing at Muzaffarpur along with her mum fighter Bharathy.
The couple also offers a one-year-old kid, that resides with Sitara.
But, Sajjan denied the allegations and stated,”The FIR was lodged to me.
I am attempting to talk to my spouse for settlement.
I am attempting to phone to Sheohar however she isn’t coming because of her self issue.” Seeing his kid, the DM said she’s dealing with a hereditary disorder and he needed to call his mom from Chennai to care for her.
The two Sajjan and Sitara have been out of Chennai.
Sitara alleged that Sajjan brutally attacked her at Sheohar about March 1 along with her mum fighter Bharathy sent an email to mature police in Bihar out of Chennai for assistance after which senior bureaucrats attracted her into a Magistrate Colony million in Muzaffarpur.
At the FIR, whose backup is using TOI, Sitara alleged the Sajjan’abducted’ their small daughter three weeks ago.
She alleged that Sajjan had driven her from their moving car in Magistrate Colony on June 15 after she awoke to maintain the boy together with herself for a time.
According to the FIR, Sajjan had attained Muzaffarpur to observe their son’s very first birthday.
Sitara’s mum was also hurt in the event, she said.
Sitara alleged that if she requests to reunite their union, Sajjan asks her to draw the care petition filed later she began living at Muzaffarpur.
But, Sajjan explained the problems began shortly after their union.
“My wife would like to live individually.
She needs money in addition to our kids also,” he explained, adding he had been exploring legal options apart from attempting to solve the problem.
