Patna: Circle Officer (CO) Bakhtiarpur in Patna District has been accused of raping a woman with a wedding pretext.
CO has also filed a brilliant shot against the woman to try to kill, blocking the work of the government and allegedly burning government vehicles.
The police have investigated both cases.
Police Station Bakhtiarpur Sho Mukesh Kumar Verma said the woman was arrested on Sunday after that she accused CO sexually abusing it.
“We are waiting for orders from higher authorities to capture CO for interrogation,” he said.
Rape cases have been registered with CO, he said.
Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh has ordered BARH SDO to investigate this problem.
Further actions will be taken after the investigation report, he said.
The woman, in a written complaint, said she had touched by Co.
Raghuveer Prasad when she posted in Bettiah.
He alleged that Co close to him gradually and one day he was forcibly put Vermilion (Sindoor) and made a physical relationship with him.
He told the police that when he protested, he threatened to defile him.
Since then, with the pretext of marriage, he has a physical relationship with him.
“The woman claimed that she was in touch with Raghuveers for the past eight years.
The 26-year-old woman was originally from a village under the Bettiah Police Station area.
He used to visit his office during his post in Bettiah.
He lives in Patna for the study,” Sho said .
The woman also accused CO to win the two smartphones, where many photos and intimate conversations between the two were recorded.
However, Raghuveer called all the allegations unfounded.
He submitted a case against him at the Bakhtiaryarpur police station, alleged that he had sprinkled gasoline in his car and burned it on Saturday.
Previously, the car said it was burning due to short circuit.
In his written complaint, Raghuveer said the woman attacked her, damaging government property and the government’s work blocking.
“He said that Raghuveer called him to Bakhtiarpur and went to the mall with him.
The woman alleged that CIO tried to involve it by burning the car and handed it to the police under the planned conspiracy.
We are investigating the accusation,” Verma said.
