BIHARSHARIF: Sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) Sanjay Kumar Singh died of Covid late night Saturday night throughout therapy in AIIMS-Patna. Nalanda DM Yogendra Kumar Singh explained that the dead officer had been admitted to some Patna-based clinic in the past week of April. He stated he had been still recovering but his condition prevailed on May 19 and had been shot to AIIMS-Patna at which he had been placed on ventilator support. After working as deputy collector property reforms (DCLR) at Purnia that he had been moved to Biharsharif as SDM at 2018. A native of Bhagalpur, the dead officer is survived by spouse and two kids. Even though condoling his sudden departure, the DM explained,”The dead person was a genuine officer and his own death was an irreparable loss.
