Bike-Borne Thieves Who Targets Pedestrians Arrested

Greater Noida: A man accused of targeting pedestrians across Delhi-NCR and grabbing their jewelry on KTM bikes has been arrested.
The defendant, police said, facing charges in more than 30 cases of booty and theft and arrested from near Pusta Hindon on Wednesday by the Bibrakh police station team.
Four golden bangles, broken gold chains, a pair of silver legs and foot rings, two silver bracelets, silver bracelets and watches confiscated from the defendant.
The police also recovered the state gun and RS 24,600 in the man.
They also confiscated stolen KTM bicycles.
Bisrakh Anita Chauhan Station House Officer said the defendant was the Mastaranchal Vihar Society of Ghaziabad’s Loni and faced allegations in several cases nesting in Noida and Greater Noida and were on the radar over the past few months.
KTM bicycle recovered from the defendant stolen from Delhi, he added.
