Biker concludes a trip of 3 years 1.5 lakh km in Goa

Panaji: covers 1.5 lakh km in 1,049 days, Biker Ansh Panda has traveled through 28 states and nine union regions on motorbikes.
The journey he tangled from Delhi on October 2, 2018, concluded in Goa on August 15.
During the trip, he campaigned for the safety of the road by visiting various schools and colleges and educating students to wear helmets.
“The approach of most motorists towards wearing a helmet is to avoid Challhan.
It needs to change and during the trip I made sure that I spread the road safety messages by encouraging people to wear helmets,” he told Toi.
“My message to them (in Hindi) wears your helmet, not your luck and we will cross the road again, both in life or on the road,” he added.
Panda claimed to have crossed the expanse of the hills and the mountains of India, the coast and desert, rural and urban areas that crossed 200 national highways and rides 480 districts.
He also visited more than 1,000 academic institutions and connected with nearly 600 cycling clubs throughout the country to spread road safety messages, he said.
After a three-year trip throughout the country, Panda loosened in its last goal – with a month’s rest.
He used this time to document his experience in a series of articles on his upcoming blog.
Before his journey, the driver swore to himself that he would give his bicycle to the motorbike that aspired after finishing the trip.
Even though the bicycle trip was over, the next adventure was on the card.
“After a month, I will start my journey from hitches throughout India,” he said.
