Kolkata: A 18-year-old woman, who returned home on an electric scooter with her 13-year-old brother on Monday night, allegedly stalking, being pursued and ridiculed by biker on the new city service road less than 200 meters from the complex gate.
The woman tried to accelerate but allegedly stopped by the man who parked his bicycle in front of his scooter.
When the woman applied the brakes, her scooter slipped and she fell and shouted for help.
Four employees from the nearest gas station hurried to save them when Biker fled.
