Kolkata: A 18-year-old woman, who returned home on an electric scooter with her 13-year-old brother on Monday night, allegedly stalking, being pursued and ridiculed by biker on the new city service road less than 200 meters from the complex gate.
The woman tried to accelerate but allegedly stopped by the man who parked his bicycle in front of his scooter.
When the woman applied the brakes, her scooter slipped and she fell and shouted for help.
Four employees from the nearest gas station hurried to save them when Biker fled.
The woman who traumatized was injured and trapped under a scooter while her brother was left with bleeding at her leg.
“We have stayed here for 12 years but have never had such an experience.
The incident has left my trauma daughter and she hasn’t recovered from a surprise.
We suddenly feel helpless in our own neighborhood,” said the woman who runs a cafe on Near the new city school.
