Nagpur: A 22-year-old man who was identified as Sandeep Temphre, will come to Nagpur from a small non-description village near Bargheat in Seoni Regency, Madhya Pradesh (MP) by bus, after covering more than 150 km, just to steal a bicycle Small police.
