Patna: When the Covid-19 situation continues to increase in the state, the Bihar Government announces on Monday that colleges, universities, government training institutions and polytechnic institutions, and schools for class XI and XII will be reopened with a 50% presence, as part of Attendance, as part of open key series in Covid-19 related limitations.
