Rajkot: Rajkot District Administration has started the control room to treat injured birds during the Uttarayan Festival.
District administration will establish a treatment center for birds in various places in the district under Karuna Abhiyan.
Humans held for cheatingrajkot: Karula police in Amreli Regency have arrested a man for allegedly confusing with gold ornaments with lure people with refunds for them.
According to the police, Ashrafsha Kanojiya (41) fled with gold ornaments worth Rs 24,000 from one Dilip Makwana.
Kanojiya lured Makwana with an appointment to give a good return for ornaments.

Summoned in Jettyrajkot: A DIU fish trader, Shabbir Halai, registered a complaint against Sandip Jadav and Vinod Jadav because of struggling.
Halai in his complaint stated that he had given RS 3 lakh to the defendant to buy fish from them.
Even though recurring reminders were accused of not selling fish to him or returned the amount of down payment.
On January 7 Halai was summoned by the defendant at the dock where, after the heated argument was allegedly struggled and also threw a violation to him.
The two defendants were BJP workers, said source.
