Rajkot: A Rajkot man has filed a complaint against five people because of deceiving him by Rs 50 Lakh in return on land parcels.
Jitendra Nathani, a businessman based in Rajkot was lured by accusing Bhikha Sadhu, Harilal Patel, Suresh Mehta, Tuji Thakor and Ratilla Thakkar with an appointment to get interesting land.
They also showed him a piece of land in Madhapar and Gondal Chowkdi, two developing regions.
They made an agreement and also noted the Banakhat, which Nathani paid Rs 50 lakh.
After that he learned that the number of surveys mentioned in the document did not exist in a record of income after that he approached the branch of the crime.
