Letter: A 35-year-old businessman was shot dead during a spacious daylight on public roads in Bardoli by three unidentified people near the Nandida intersection on Thursday.
The police have not confirmed behind the killing unclear.
The deceased Nikhil Prajapati collapsed at the spot when he was shot in the chest.
The attackers came on a motorcycle from the intersection and fled to Nandida Village.
Prajapati runs a glass and shop of Aluminum Panel Shree Ram Glass near the intersection.
He went to his shop after lunch when the attackers shot him.
Prajapati was also attacked by several unknown people in January with knives, information sources.
He then accused the complaint that he was attacked with the intention of looting.
However, the exact reason behind the attack was unclear even after eight months.
“We have no information about any attacks in Prajapati in January, but we have begun to investigate the murder case,” said a police officer at the Bardoli Police Station.
Introduction Investigation revealed that Prajapti did not have a dispute with anyone.
His family members also don’t doubt anyone.
Police check the CCTV recording area to identify attackers.
The police will also check the note of the call of Prajapati to find out if he has received a threat call.
