The police said Singh together with Aryan Dixit (28) and other women’s partners, also a software engineer with a profession, would target rich entrepreneurs through “Tinder Application”.

Deputy Police Commissioner (Crime) Manoj C said during the investigation, technical supervision was installed, manual information was collected and the location of the suspect was identified.
