BHubaneswar: BJD on Wednesday demands a central law that empowers countries to get rid of 50% stamp in the quota and to conduct a caste census for social and educational backwards.
On Rajya Day Sabha argued and passed the 127th constitutional amendment bill which was intended to restore the rights of the state to decide on the list of their backup, the MPS BJD delegation met with Interior Minister Amit Shah and filed a memorandum to support their demands.
